3 at practice.

Foot was bugging but was manageable, hip/groin started to hurt a bit at the end.

Got caught at work.....didn't make running at lunch or practice.  Ended up just having time for 50 minutes on the elliptical machine before the gym closed.

5.25 with the doctor around the river loop.  Wore inserts in my shoes--which seemed to help the old foot, but also gave me a massive blister.

6 at practice.  Ran the tempo with the A group girls.  I still have some fitness....but not where I'd like to be.

First decent run after two lousy weeks dealing with hip, back, foot issues.  1 mile warmup, 6 mile progression run, 1 mile cooldown.  Started out with the girls at 8 minute pace and ended the last mile with Alexis at 6:35 or so pace.

At night dominated Scotty and Joe in pickleball while carrying Logan on my back.

Starting to feel like there is hope of my body getting back to normal and getting back to training.  Ran 4 miles on the kenyan run with the kids, then added 3 more with Logan after practice.  Plan is to take it easy the rest of the week and then ramp things up next week.  Would love to progress enough to find a half  marathon to run this spring.
