| | Finally a good day of running. Hip bugged me in the AM but I iced it and it didn't bother me again. Don't know if it was the ice or sleeping with the strausburg sock and working on my foot that made the difference.
6 at lunch with the doctor. Sub 8 pace around the river loop.
5 with the girls at practice. Hit a tempo on the way back in 7:01 pace.

Boss is back in town after 7 weeks in Hawaii......got tied up with him and was very late for practice. Just ran 6 on my own past the spectrum afterwards.

| | Late Saturday night progression run. I knew going into Saturday it would be a busy day and my run would have to wait until after the kids went to bed. Got a text from Logan and Bryce about the 3200 race then I headed out the door. Went to St James and did a little progression run. Did a total of 7 laps that are each 1.5 miles... Each a little faster than the last. Last loop was 6:40 pace. No problems with the hip which is great. Could feel the hamstrings a bit on my cool down.

4 at dark out to Bloomington Hills park and back. Hamstrings are a little tight but legs are feeling as good as they have in while.

5.0 at practice in the afternoon. 2 mile warm-up, 8x400 with the Schimbecks in 1:27 or so, and then a mile cooldown.

6 after going out to dinner with the lawyer and his wife. Good times.....great run in perfect temps.

| | 11 total this morning. 4 to the high school, 3 with the boys (though Sage and Logan were MIA), then 4 home. Decided to get up early and get the mileage in this morning as my lunch hour will be at the Pine View Invite mile and then family is coming into town for the weekend. Legs are feeling great.

| | Late night run. From home to the dixie center and back via st james. Felt pretty good. Picked up a couple of quicker miles on the way back in. Was tempted to go longer but decided to hold things in check as it has been a while since I hit 60 miles in a week. I'd like to hit 60-70 miles per week for April.

4.25 at practice. 2 mile warm up, then 2x1000 with the girls, then a cooldown.

5.2 at practice running the ridge with the girls. I hate that route, and man it was hot. Felt like XC season.
