| | River loop + Bloomington hills park after work. It was hot. Left calf is still tight.

| | Same loop as Friday......but backwards. Crazy. Got back just in time to go watch the fight at my brother's house. Silly that both fighters got $100 mm + for one match.

4 at practice. Did 4 x 400 as part of a relay.

| | 6.5 at lunch with the doctor around little valley. It was windy but my legs felt good.
4.7 at practice to Mr. D's and back. Ate two twinkles and felt great.

| | 1.8 miles in the warmup before the boys workout in the rain.
Was going to run from the high school but it was cold and rainy so I went home and napped for a couple hours.
Ran from my house through the fields to Sullivan park and then back home on the river trail. Ended up being 11 miles even.
legs feel great except left calf is tight. Made an appt. with April to try and fix it.

| | 7.1 at lunch with Jay and Brett. Mayor's loop + st james. Looks like they are building bathrooms at bloomington hills and also st james--should be nice. It was hot. Could feel the left calf a bit.
5.0 with the boys out towards Sun River. No calf problems. It was hotter. Sure hope it cools off before XC practice starts!

| | Crappy day at work. No lunch run, saw Kale sign with UVU, but then had to skip the rest of practice.
Finally got out the door after the kids went to bed. Thought I'd make it 8 or 9, but felt pretty good once I got going and ended up extending into Southgate. 11.3 total for the run.

| | 8 at lunch by myself. To cottonwood and back. I was hungry and dragging by the end.
4 at practice. Took a 10 minute ice bath afterwards.

| | 7.5 at lunch with the lawyer up the ironman course. Legs were dead, but 3 or 4 miles in they started to come around. Hip was bugging at the end so I had the chiro do his thing after work.
3.1 after dark around st James. Hip feels better.

| | Up early to get it in before working a bit and then driving up to state track. Did 7 with Andy around the mayors loop, then a few more through st James. Lower back and right hip tightened up at the end. Had April work on it a bit before lunch, but it is still bugging.

| | 20 miles for the week while bow hunting in Africa. Not a great week for running. We would start the hunt early in the morning and get back to camp after dark. I'd go out on the sandy roads with my headlamp.......it was a bit freaky wondering what the eyes staring back at me in the dark were.
