| | Lucky run. Went to leave the house with Megan, but caught helping my wife with a few things and then my brother with the fishing boat..........didn't end up leaving the house until almost 12. Ran to the end of St James, it was hot, then some cloud cover blew in, then a mile or so later it started to rain a bit. Rained lightly for the rest of the run--very pleasant. I must be living right. My daughter Megan did the whole 10 with me on her bike--and loved it.

| | 6 in the morning.....ran the ridge and never really got going until the boys were long gone. Tried to catch the last few of them as we headed back towards the school, but didn't happen.
3.5 back to the house at lunch.

4 out past st james after work with my two girls on their bikes.........they were hot by the end.

4 around bloomington hills after work---then hit the pool to cool off.

| | Up part of the night with a mad baby.......didn't get up in time for practice. Instead went for 9 around Bloomington Hills after work. It was warm, but not terrible.

| | Just a normal day at practice running with the girls. Back and hip were bugging a bit today--other than that feeling pretty good.
Swam a mile at lunch.

| | Ran 600 meter repeats with the running club this morning. Most of the repeats were right at 2:15 = 6:00 pace. Hip was bugging me by the end of these.
Then 4 miles with the B team out to Hidden Valley and back.

| | 5 with the girls on the fire road, including a nice little 1.5 mile tempo. Could feel the hip but it was manageable.

| | 9 out past Navajo with the boys. Legs just did not feel great today. Fell off a bit after 3 miles--the hip really started to bug. Going to have to get it worked over. Great temps this morning for as hot as it has been lately.

| | Had Adam work on the hip at lunch........it seems much better, though I could still feel something in my lower stomach during this run.
Didn't make it to practice this morning.......so had to get my mileage in on the treadmill at SAC. Did a 2 mile warmup, 6 miles @ 6:58 pace, then a mile cooldown. Not an all-out effort, but I was pretty tired by the end and completely drenched in sweat.

| | 7 with the girls out on the JEM trail. Very nice.......pace was nice and relaxed.
Legs were jacked so I decided to swim instead of run after work........swam 1 miles. After that my legs were feeling a bit better so I went out for 3 miles.

| | 6.5 total with the doctor this morning. 2 mile warmup, 3 mile repeats (6:26, 6:10, 6:03) with jogging in between, and then a cooldown. Not as fast as I would have liked but that's what the legs had in them this morning.
Ran rainbow road loop with the girls at practice for another 6 this morning.
