Was supposed to run 16 down the course this morning..... The lawyer screwed up and it ended up being closer to 18.  Tried to pick up the last half but it really was just a so so effort as I could feel my left calf tightening.  Went straight to adam when I was done which was great.

Ran 3 in SLC with the team on the state course.  Oh the memories.

At least a couple running around during the boys varsity relay race.  It was fun.  Great group of guys.....actually pretty much the whole team girls and boys ran well today.  Nice improvement over last year.
