| | Not a good day. Died on the hill repeats.......lungs did not like the heat.

| | 4 miles on the hotel treadmill in Las Vegas. Pelvis was killing me and left achilles was bugging.

| | 8 mile progression run on the treadmill. Started off at 8:30 pace........then bumped it up until the last mile was at 6:48 pace. Could feel the old pelvis tighten up during the run.

| | Ran to morning practice, ran with the team, then to my office, worked for an hour or so, then ran home. Nothing fast. Left achilles and pelvis are still problematic.

| | Finally a good day of running. Went to the chiropractor and though he never fixes my pelvis issues, he can at least loosen it up.
Ran 6 at practice, including 3x mile repeats with the girls at BH park. Hot but good.

| | 8 at lunch. Figured I'd get some in at the meet warmup or cooldown... But that didn't happen.

| | 10.5 in the morning. Ran to the high school, ran with the boys, then ran home on the river trail.
5 in the afternoon with the girls. Incredibly hot outside but they did great. Pelvis is bugging but not getting much worse.

Didn't make practice.....had to take the girls around to their stuff while the wife is gone.
Later made it out for a bit of deer hunting......saw a nice buck but couldn't close the deal.

| | 8 easy at 8:00 pace then, 3 at 6:50 pace, 1 cooldown. Was hoping to do a 8 mile tempo but the pelvis started hurting after 3 and I had to shut it down. Not a bad week, pelvis felt ok for most of it and this is the most miles I have been able to log in a while---I just need to get more speed work in before the marathon.
