Married, 3 kids, CFA, help coach at Desert Hills High School
Wife and kids were gone........so went for 10 miles up City creek out of boredom. Hot and hard and slow.
7 miles in 58 minutes before heading home from work
9 in 80 minutes at lunch.
No run......the day got away from me.
8 in 70 minutes on the treadmill.........6.8 mph easy run pace this week.
8 miles in 68 minutes at the gym after lunch
10 miles from the house......up to the hills and then to North Canyon Park and back.
4 miles up and 4 miles down City Creek from the gym before work. Groin was bugging just a bit on the way down. Back blogging after a 4 year hiatus.
5 at the gym......shut it done early cause the quad/knee started getting tight.
One of those days.........got caught at work in the morning and came down with a stomach bug by the afternoon. Just went home and slept.
Still didn't feel great, but I went to work anyway. By the end of the day felt good enough to go to the gym and do 8 on the treadmill......69 minutes. Left knee was bugging me afterwards.
