Need to get serious about tracking my running. Want to ramp up the mileage, stay injury free, and find a spring marathon to do.
8 miles on the treadmill at lunch @ 6.8 mph. Easy run pace for me right now.

7 after work and before meeting up with the family for the festivities. Cut it short cause my stomach just felt blah. Met up with my dad for lunch at Little America and the ribeye steak sandwich caused me some issues....but was well worth it.
