| | 10.5 on Bountiful Blvd in the afternoon. Great day...50 degrees and sunny. Good end to the week. 50 miles this week and no complaints. Groin seems to be doing better. Happy to just build a bit of mileage and lose some weight for a few weeks--then I'll work in more quality stuff.

| | 8 up and down City Creek canyon with Tyler and Dane. It's a bit of a grinder on the way up....but the weather is just about perfect this week. Legs were a bit heavy.....but I can feel myself improving a bit on the cardio side.

| | Up and down city creek canyon at lunch with Tyler. We gradually picked it up down the canyon and the last couple miles were sub 7. Headed to the frozen tundra tomorrow for work.

| | Early morning for work meetings and then ended up having a big steak for dinner before heading back to the hotel at 8....just knew trying to run wouldn't end well so I went to bed early instead.

| | 8 miles at 7.0 mph. Legs tired but no groin pain. Crappy weather and my office buddies are in Central America this week....so I may just keep grinding on the treadmill. It's the only time I ever watch a show, so I really don't mind it that much.

| | Ran 1.5 then turned around and ran home cause I had overdressed. 35 degrees but sunny--so pared back to a long sleeve shirt, shorts, and compression socks. Then headed back up to Bountiful Blvd. ran into a guy named Glen, who I guess owns some running stores--we ended up running 6 together. Was nice to have someone to run with. Came home to find out BYU had won NCAAs.....congrats Conner and friends.
