8 up and down City Creek canyon with Tyler and Dane. It's a bit of a grinder on the way up....but the weather is just about perfect this week. Legs were a bit heavy.....but I can feel myself improving a bit on the cardio side.
Up and down city creek canyon at lunch with Tyler. We gradually picked it up down the canyon and the last couple miles were sub 7. Headed to the frozen tundra tomorrow for work.
