45 minutes on the stair climber to try and get a cardio workout in without too much pounding.....felt OK.
Another 45 minutes on the stair climber at the gym. Groin hurt a bit by the end.
12 miles on Bountiful Blvd before running to the airport to catch a flight to Houston.
Early morning for work meetings and then ended up having a big steak for dinner before heading back to the hotel at 8....just knew trying to run wouldn't end well so I went to bed early instead.
10 on the treadmill at the hotel at 5:30 AM. Felt fine....but now flying home in the evening the groin is hurting me.
