8 easy at 8:00 pace then, 3 at 6:50 pace, 1 cooldown. Was hoping to do a 8 mile tempo but the pelvis started hurting after 3 and I had to shut it down. Not a bad week, pelvis felt ok for most of it and this is the most miles I have been able to log in a while---I just need to get more speed work in before the marathon.
