Late Saturday night progression run. I knew going into Saturday it would be a busy day and my run would have to wait until after the kids went to bed. Got a text from Logan and Bryce about the 3200 race then I headed out the door. Went to St James and did a little progression run. Did a total of 7 laps that are each 1.5 miles... Each a little faster than the last. Last loop was 6:40 pace. No problems with the hip which is great. Could feel the hamstrings a bit on my cool down.
