Progression run today..... Went very well though I could feel my hip/groin tighten up by the end of it. Ran 2 miles warmup. Then ran my first mile in 7:53, then hit the next 11 miles at progressively faster times with the last one being 6:50. Cooled down for 1 mile afterwards. Legs overall felt pretty good for the first real long run in a while. Ice bath afterwards.
