Run around Web hill/St James with the boys. Easy pace for them = I was hanging on most of the run. Made it 6/7 miles before I fell off the back of the pack. Actually was pleasantly surprised at how my legs did.........a week ago I wouldn't have thought I could hang around that long. Ended up averaging 7:30 for the 7 miles.
Swam a mile at lunch. 200 warmup, 6 x 200 with 2 minutes rest, 200 cooldown.
