Woke up this morning and my left calf was still pretty beat up from having April work it over, so I skipped the morning run. Got caught at work Nd didn't make it out for a run until 5 or so. Ran the Bloomington loop with an extension to hit 9. Calf is sore but probably just bruised a bit from the brutality it endured on the massage table. Hoping to get a couple of solid weeks of running in and then really buckle down into marathon training mode come June.
