Swam 2000 meters at lunch. I'm much slower than I was before taking a 4 month break from it after the marathon.
First workout back with the team. 2 mile warmup, then ran 1000 m repeats with the girls, 2 mile cooldown.
7.2 at lunch with the doctor and lawyer.
7.0 at practice with Scott. Great little run out towards little black mountain.
7 at lunch with the doctor. From river road bridge up to the mall and back.
4 at practice while the team ran their tempo run.
Calf is bugging me but manageable. Headed to Denver tomorrow for the day so I will give it a rest.
