Good workout for me.....not a lot of reps but the legs felt good. 2 x 1000 in 3:41 or so and then 2 x 400 in 74. 6 miles total. Thought about going out again after the kids were in bed but the gale force winds convinced me otherwise.
8.4 with the lawyer at lunch. Up and around to red hills parkway, then down bluff and diagonal. Most of it was easy until a couple of faster miles toward the end. Swapping deer hunting stories in preparation for our South Africa hunt.
5.1 with the team out at chuckawalla. Gorgeous country and a good run.
