5 at practice with the girls. 2 mile warm up, 1600 meters in 6:20, 2x800 in 2:46 or so, and then cooldown.

8.1 miles at lunch in the wind. It blowed.
Fun day at Snow Canyon watching all the distance kids race. It was great to see so many of the meet their goals.
5.0 late shakeout run. Went through St James to the bridge and home.
7.1 miles at lunch with the doctor. River loop + st james.
Got caught at work over an investment gone bad.....didn't even come close to making it to practice.
6.1 tonight after the kids went to bed.
7 miles at lunch with the doctor. Averaged 7:15 pace for the run. St James + mayors loop.
5 miles after the kids went down tonight.
Track meet + work + wife being gone + 3 little kids = no running today.
Got a babysitter. Went and watched the track meet for an hour or so and then headed out on a run from the school. Ended up doing 15.5 wandering trough Bloomington hills to Bloomington and the back home. Averaged 8:15 for the run.
