5 at lunch by myself.  Hot.

4.25 at practice.  2 mile warm up, then 2x1000 with the girls, then a cooldown.

6.8 at lunch running home and back to the office.  Not too hot.

5.2 at practice running the ridge with the girls.  I hate that route, and man it was hot.  Felt like XC season.

10 at lunch from my office out to Bloomington, on Navajo for a while, and then back.  Great temps, but the wind was terrible.  Legs felt great, back stiffened up on me a bit the last 2 miles which is something I've never had happen before.  Need to get a good stretch in tonight.

Ugly run after priesthood session.  Meant to do 15 and ran 7.5 miles out into Bloomington before turning around.  Got to about mile 8 and then started having stomach issues, and the more issues every mile it so after that.  It was bad.  Just went straight back home.
