Ran 1.5, then could feel something wrong with my calf so I walked back to the office.  Went to April later that evening and she worked it over pretty good.

Headed out to test the calf, hoping it would loosen up as i got into the run.  the opposite happened, after about 3.5 I had to just walk it in.  Injuries suck.

2 with the team up in Cedar.  Was hoping the calf (left) would be back to normal but after the warm up I could tell it was no bueno.  shut it down.
