Ran 8 to theetrack meet at Dixie and got there in time for the 3200. Boys did great and set themselves up for BYU. Some of them joined me for a couple on their cooldown, then I headed on a loop back to the house. Ended at 14.5 for the morning--wasn't fast and the legs didn't have much left in them when I was done. Hit my 60 for the week despite a couple of lousy days. Won't get there next week--between baby boy on Wed. and a race this weekend it is going to be a planned lighter week for me. Just need to stay healthy for another 5 months.
