Had Adam work on the hip at lunch........it seems much better, though I could still feel something in my lower stomach during this run.
Didn't make it to practice this morning.......so had to get my mileage in on the treadmill at SAC. Did a 2 mile warmup, 6 miles @ 6:58 pace, then a mile cooldown. Not an all-out effort, but I was pretty tired by the end and completely drenched in sweat.
