6 at practice including 6 web hill repeats.

1 mile swimming at 12 with the doctor.

6.5 total with the doctor this morning.  2 mile warmup, 3 mile repeats (6:26, 6:10, 6:03) with jogging in between, and then a cooldown.  Not as fast as I would have liked but that's what the legs had in them this morning.

Ran rainbow road loop with the girls at practice for another 6 this morning.

5 at practice, most of it with the girls.  Went out 2 miles, then tempoed back.  Got some water and cooled down.

Swam 1 mile at lunch with the doctor, including 3 x 400.

Warmup, fartleks, and cooldown at BH park.  Got in a little extra with boys after the girls were finished.  Legs feel good but something in my lower abs/groin area is super tight.

Progression run today..... Went very well though I could feel my hip/groin tighten up by the end of it.  Ran 2 miles warmup.  Then ran my first mile in 7:53, then hit the next 11 miles at progressively faster times with the last one being 6:50.  Cooled down for 1 mile afterwards.  Legs overall felt pretty good for the first real long run in a while.  Ice bath afterwards.
